You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using Dietry, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of Dietry, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

All information provided must be accurate and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Dietry for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:

Posting inappropriate content.

Hacking, exploiting, or distributing malicious code.

Violating any intellectual property or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Dietry offers premium features through in-app purchases or subscription plans. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

Payments are processed through the App Store, and any billing issues should be addressed through their support.

Subscription fees are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dietry is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we aim to offer a smooth user experience, we cannot guarantee that the app will be free from bugs or interruptions.

We are not responsible for any data loss or damages that may arise from the use of the app. Please ensure you regularly back up important data.

6. Termination

You may stop using Dietry at any time by deleting the app from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we detect misuse of the app or violations of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. When changes occur, we will notify you within the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
